You probably already read the ordeal to get to Glasgow from ervin's blog and despite being split, the delay and having to go to Edinburgh instead of Glasgow (in first class!) we were lucky we were not travelling the day after when the airport incident happened.
I've been meeting lots of people and Florian, Alexis and Thibault (ervin's students from Toulouse) find that I talk way too much! It's really good to be finally able to put faces on nicknames. From the KDE-Edu project there's Pino, Albert, Torsten and his baby Marble (I swear he looks/works at Marble 24/24 7/7), Inge, Joseph from Kiten, Aleix from KAlgebra and Cryos from Kalzium SoC.
The first 2 days conference were very good, I attended the most I could. The technical one that I learnt the most from was writing test units. I need to dig deeper in this. Of course Aaron's talk made me feel full of anticipated creative energy!
Tomorrow is the Edu Day so I need to prepare things and I'll keep you posted on what happened here. I'm posting that while I have internet ;)
