Igniting the web

While us KDE users are privileged users of Konqueror the best browser ever people using Windows become more and more aware of free and better alternatives. Today is the launch of Firefox 1.0. I notice more and more people use it and quickly assess the advantages over IE: tabs browsing, popups blocking, hot plugins, less security holes, ... However it is not possible to entirely disable IE on Windows XP. Even if in Install/Remove programs IE is uncheck (thus supposely uninstalled) it still starts when you use MSN Messenger and Hotmail. That shows how tightly the net is set for users to be forced into M$ products.
It seems that the Firefox supporters form a very strong community and lobby hard to get their product known (some inspiration to be taken here maybe).
Go Firefox! And burn them all!
